The Columbia Center project was assembled from various residential and commercial properties to create a 20-acre master plan to establish a new and upgraded image for a fast-growing community.

The master plan created a total of 654,200 sf of superlative office, banking, medical, and retail space. In addition, the goal was to establish building design and branding to provide long standing recognition and appeal in the market.

Today, Columbia Center remains to be one of Southeastern Michigan’s finest business addresses.
